Humans are composites of the 3 primary states of matter. Solid, liquid, and gas.

I understand everything you mean. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer but I wanted to comment. So here it is: I was looking into this because I find time to time I am able turn on street lights with... well, my mind... sort of. More like extending my energies to it and turning it on by sending energy to it. I'm no scientist so I'm not very knowledgable about it but, I just want to figure out if it really is me doing it? I just want some answers, and if it is me, then I want to be able to learn how to do it better and control it and become stronger with it.

all three but i would call the combo flesh. all things on this earth are carbon based if you want to get down to the nitty gritty of it. flesh is mostly salt water .just a guess.
