Conductance is the capacity or ability of a material to conduct heat or electricity, it is the exact opposite of resistance, - a good conductor of heat is also a good conductor of electricity in most cases.

conductivity is the unit of measurement of conductance, mho/cm2 or micromho/cm2. It is a unit to compare the capacity of conductance of different materials - at unit surface area.

conductance is free flow of electricity, it is inverse of resistance.It is denoted by G

conductivity is inverse of resisitivity and is denoted by k(kappa)

G=k A/l
