I need the examples of freezing. I can't have water freezing into ice. I need Liquid turning into solid that can be drawn easily and simple to explain

Carbon-dioxide would be one example. In the form of dry-ice.
Actually, any liquid turning solid could be considered freezing. Like molten lead, mercury, aluminum, steel, any metal.
Animal fats and wax appear to "freeze" but actually do not because they are not true solids. Some people argue that glass is not a true solid. Liquid or molten metal freezes, it just has a high melting point. At least for this planet.

Freezing is a term normally applied to water. It is the change of state tofrom liquid to solid. Any substance that melts has a "feezing point" (solidification point). Melting point and freezing point are the same (a phase change from solid to liquid or liquid to solid).
Benzene is a liquid at room temperature but solidifies at 5.5 deg C.
