I study chemistry for a while now and i need a little potassium chlorate for an experiment. I can't buy from online stores because i don't leave in US or other country that has that kind of delivery. I was wandering can you find it in the local pharmacy, in agricultural pharmacies etc...

Being as KClO3 is a strong oxidizer, the odds are very good that you won't be able to buy anywhere. And, quite frankly, you should not make any more attempts to purchase it. The most probable use you have in mind is to make an explosive and, again quite frankly, you run a considerable risk of injuring yourself and others.

Spend your money for this:

"Nationalizing Science: Adolphe Wurtz and the Battle for French Chemistry" by Alan J. Rocke (ISBN = 9780262182041)

It's much more enjoyable.

Experimenting with potassium chloride as a substitute of potassium chlorate would not be as detrimental as if the scholar did it the opposite direction round. That is when you consider that potassium chlorate is a strong oxidizer, can begin fires quite simply, is hazardous for the atmosphere, and can be a constituent in unsafe mixtures whereas potassium chloride has none of the above attributes. If the student confirmed the composition of the potassium chloride, he most often did this by heating it in the crucible. At first nothing would occur after which with ample heat the potassium chloride would have melted. Heating potassium chlorate would have generated oxygen gas and left potassium chloride.
