argon(Ar):1s2,2s2,2p6,3s2,3p6 is a noble or inert gas and has completely filled 3s and 3p orbitals.due to this it has a very high ionisation potential which means it is very difficult for it lose electrons and react with other elements.it also cannot form any covalent bonds.thus argon shows no chemical properties for it dosent react at all. only Xenon(also a noble gas) shows chemical properties by reacting with flourine

It is a noble gas and has an outer shell of electrons that is fully occupied. Thus, it is poorly reactive.
